Sea Breeze Villa is on one of the highest hilltop locations of Water Island. You will enjoy a breathtaking 360 degree, unobstructed, panoramic view of the Caribbean Sea, Water Island, and 6 surrounding islands. The villa has vaulted ceilings, a modern open floor plan with over 1200 square feet of spacious interior living space. The villa is surrounded on 3 sides by glass patio doors which lead out to a 1000 square foot wraparound covered veranda ideal for dining and lounging.
Sea Breeze Villa is fully furnished and a golf cart comes with the house for transportation around the island. We have 2 bedrooms (both air conditioned), 1 bath, and sleeps 4 comfortably. We do have a washer & dryer available. If you need internet service on your vacation we have broadband wifi service. A beautiful 32" flat screen TV along with a DVD player and library of popular movies will help keep you entertained.
Sea Breeze Villa is located on a quite private lot with spacious indoor/outdoor living. From the veranda of the Villa you will view spectacular sunrises, sunsets and breathtaking day and night vistas.
Watch the cruise ships and yachts come and go as St. Thomas provides a backdrop of twinkling lights. The Hilltop location provides continuous gentle tropical breezes to keep you cool and refreshed.

Our Property Manager lives on island and is available 24/7 for any questions and concerns. They will pick you up at the ferry dock upon arrival from St. Thomas and acquaint you with the island and the villa.
