1. How is my property promoted?
A/ We make sure that www.WaterIslandVacation.com shows up high in the Search Engine listings by practicing good SEO (Search Engine Optimization) techniques. This translates to more visitors which means more rentals. We also offer a special individualized Promotion Package that will generate a ton of visitors to YOUR property.
2/ If somebody fills out the Contact Form on my listing, who does that go to?
A/ When someone fills out the Contact Form it is sent directly to the email address that you would like. No one else can see that information.
3/ Who has control of my Availability Calendar.
A You do. When you list your property with Water Island Vacations you will receive a web address and a Password to access and control your calendar.
4/ What if I have more than one property, can I get a discount?
A/ Definitely. You are eligible for a 10% Discount off the normal rate of $149.95 when you list more than one property. Email us for details
5/ Can I change the wording or pictures on my listing?
A/ Of course! Simply email us the changes you would like and within 24 hours your listing will be updated.
6/ Can I have more than 12 photos on my listing?
A/ Yes. If you would like more than 12 photos we will add another page to your listing titled "Photo Album For My Property". You can have an additional 12 photos, enlarged, with caption in your Photo Album. The cost for the additional 12 photos is $50. Please email us for details.
7/ If I already have a video of my property can I have that on my listing?
A/ Yes, at no additional charge. The maximum time for a video is 4 minutes.
8/ Will the Water Island Vacations site stay the same?
A/ No. We will constantly be adding new features for Property Owners as well as adding additional resources for the Property Owner and the Renters.
9/ Do you provide Property Management for Vacation Rental Home owners?
A/ No, but we can help you choose one that is right for you. Send us an email for details.
10/ I do not have a website for my property. Can you provide that?
